The best/craziest night ever? 420 in photos

Every Monday I host a Pehr show and each week I think to myself: well, it can’t get any wilder. And then after a few hours of insane cutting-edge sonic attack, I am once again proved wrong. It can get crazier. Thank god for that!

Kyle Mabson’s 420 Observance this past Monday was simply the best, highest energy show I have ever been associated with. I’ll do my best to sum it up…

Here’s Kyle Mabson celebrating 420 with The Smell’s Jim Smith. Ironic?

The children of the Locust have hatched and grown up and formed bands and they are just as mutated as you thought they’d be! Neon Navajo…too good.

Juiceboxxx made sure he was at Monday Night for the first and last stops of his 85 million day tour. Juice—it was glad to have you, brother. Even after all that time on the road you totally killed it.

Narwhalz (of Sound) played “tried to” play the best Nintendo GameBoy electronic/spazz/thrash of all time. End of story.

XBXRX made their historic L.A. debut with their new line-up and the room—quite reasonably—went ape shit. It was just so joyful, cathartic, shredding, tuneful in a weird way…ah! Words fail.

Happiest 420 to you all—I hope you had a great time.

See the complete 420 photos here…Fair warning: they are uncensored

My next show is TOMORROW, Thursday, 4/22…

It’s a very special event—I rarely host non-Monday shows.
