Watch: “Hauls & Hits”

As explained by Vanessa:

Last year there was an Internet phenomenon called haul videos.  I first heard of them from Judy, of Stripmall Seizures fame. Mostly they were fashion hauls at first, with people who went shopping talking about what they bought, deals they got, and inadvertently, their lives.  There was a lot of debate about whether this trend was vapid or empowering. I’ll just say it inspired a bunch of us to start doing library hauls in homage. Turns out there were some people already doing those too.

I made twelve—hope it’s not too too much.

Anyway these are some of my favorites—mostly by me or friends (Erin even made some too, which he’ll never post).

The rest of the videos are some random bric-a-brac I find generally inspiring, things I look at on the worst day ever.  Cool Clown Ground is a public access TV show from Chicago made by the guys from the band Cheer-Accident.  I don’t know… life is shit, inspiration is scarce.  Hope you like these.
