11/7/11: Bai Ling, Ron Jeremy, Big Digits, Trenton Willey and the star of Dio’s Heavy Metal Funeral, Ace Diamond, and the Ace Diamond Experience at Pehrspace.

For whatever reason, the fall of 2011 was the time period where all the oddball celebrities came to my Sean Carnage Monday Night shows: Val Kilmer, Eric Andre and Hannibal Buress, that autoharp dude from Roky Erickson’s band, and… Bai Ling and Ron Jeremy!?

Ron is pretty yuck. He never ended up performing–not really sure what he was supposed to be doing (Bai Ling brought him). “The Hedgehog” instead fell asleep in a chair drooling while Ace Diamond drove everyone else into the parking lot with his impish behavior. This wasn’t my first encounter with Mr. Jeremy but I’m saving the others for my book.

Bai Ling… such a sweet lady. An endearing singer/songwriter too. After this gig I ended up managing her singing career for a hot minute. But that, too, is a story for another time.
