Totally! Too Gay Nite was a MASSIVE success Monday evening. Gay Beast, Angie Olsen, The Munchers and Rib Bib were fucking phenomenal! People reacted a little more coolly to Faggot and Madd Happy, but they at least looked gay, right!? I thought all the bands sounded great and did a fantastic job. The between-band jams—from DJs Z Kyle & Margot Gay—were the best EVER.

Speaking of Margot, this woman was an unstoppable party machine and I can’t wait to do another night! Make sure you pick up a copy of her Totally Mag! magazine or her new CD comp of L.A. music.

I wanna say thank you to everyone who came out for this event! This was one of the most highly attended Monday nights I can remember. Christie and Stane (y’know… IL CORRAL) also deserve a special shout out. They put up with this crazy party that kept going and going and going…. We couldn’t stop! Anyhow, a night like this couldn’t have happened as successfully anywhere else. Thanks, guys, for being there for me and all of the Monday nite regulars, even when things get wild.

THIS MONDAY 12/11: The last Sean Carnage Monday Night of the year! [I am co-promoting a show this Friday and we have an Xmas extravaganza on Wednesday, Dec. 27th, but those aren’t Mondays!]

This Monday’s bill includes some of the best L.A. bands: The Top Drawer, The Amazements, Bark Bark bark, Tik//tik, The Pristines and (drum roll, please) The 14-year-Old Girls! Show starts 9:30pm / all-ages / $5.
