40 BANDS 80 MINUTES! has been out since Tuesday, and the DVD’s had a good week. Here’s a recap of the reviews:

I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the feedback all of you have so generously given.

However, for this project to be more than a local thing, it would be great if you could add, message and post comments to Nail Distribution, the movie’s distributor.

You can’t make a music movie without great music, and I am confident we have that in spades.

Perhaps if we let Nail know what we think about the bands and Il Corral and the whole thing they will take this to the huge audience I know exists in places like the Midwest, etc.

It’s pretty much in Nail’s hands at this point, although Sounds Are Active Chris and I are furiously mailing review copies to magazines and web sites. Any recommendations you have will be followed-up on. Please let me know.

I’m gonna relax this weekend and try to catch a showing of Stranger Than Fiction.
